This collaboration between French and Japanese animators takes place on the planet of Oban where a race between some of the galaxy's greatest star pilots takes place. The stakes are high as the winner of the race will control the galaxy and the Earth's team Whizzing Arrow has been sabotaged leaving the fate of the planet in the hands of a last-minute replacement driver...who is just 15 years old.
