How it works:
Check this list for the credit values of your items.
Shop our online store, adding items you would like to purchase to your cart.
When checking out, select 'Credit Card' as the payment method.
Select 'Trade-ins & Payment' from the drop down list.
Fill in the credit card information to cover the balance. If there is no remaining balance, you're card will not be charged.
After clicking the final 'Submit' button to complete your order, print this form and fill it in with your trade-in items. Ship the form and items to:

When we receive your trade-ins, we will verify their condition and process your order. It's that easy!
Please note: Orders that include trade-ins will NOT BE PROCESSED until we receive and verify your merchandise. Trade-in items must be in good condition, in original packaging, with original sleeve/jacket (Missing inserts or promo items are ok). Items in poor condition or not in original packaging will be returned, possibly at your expense. Final acceptance of any trade-ins will be made at our discretion.

(Updated on MAY 14, 2008) PLEASE NOTE: The trade-in credit value list is updated regularly. To receive the current trade-in value, all trade-in items must be received by us within 10 days from the date you submitted your order.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to trade in more than 3 copies of the same DVD, please email us for a demand check and an ok. (For example, we may offer a 7.00 trade-in credit on 5 copies of a disc if needed, but not 20 copies of that same disc.
Manga : We give $1.00 credit for any graphic-novel or digest format manga. (sorry, no short comic-format manga)
