Rushuna, Yajiro and Mikan have made it to the Imperial Capital City. Following the clues given to them by Touka, they visit the Imperial Court's Ministry of Armed Forces, where they face the remaining Juttensen, including the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Juttensen, Touka's younger sister Ouka. Ouka is determined to defeat Rushuna as part of a test of her own skill - and also as a test to see if Rushuna qualifies to become a Juttensen herself!
